What people say about working with us

These days it is very scary to sell a house, especially with all the predatory "as is" buyers out there. I've met a few who all but tried to steal my house out from under me. Not so with Black Lab Home Buyers!! In fact, the exact opposite! From the moment I reached out to them, they were responsive to my questions, my situation and my needs. They offered a fair price and never gave me the "hard sell." When I decided to accept their offer, they continued to stick by me and remained consistently available to walk me through the process. When we hit a couple of snags on the way (not their fault), they worked WITH me to resolve them as quickly as possible. In the end, everything they promised came true. Thanks to them I was able to buy a house in another state and close quickly there, too. This company is the real deal. They have my highest recommendation.

Just finished a transaction with Nate Beekman and Black Lab Home Buyers and it went quite smoothly. Nate was a pleasure to deal with.

Nate was extremely easy to work with. He did everything he could to facilitate a timely and fair deal. His professionalism is unparalleled, and I would jump at the chance to work with him in the future.

You can't go wrong when you contact Nate he will take good care of you. I have been his notary for more than 3 years. And I can assure you that he will always have your back. Honest! And trustworthy

Working with Nate and Cole from Black lab home buyers was an absolute pleasure. Stress free experience! They did exactly what they said they were going to do and always kept me informed. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their home!

I have worked with Nate from Black Lab Home Buyers on several projects now. He has always been professional, prepared, and easy to work with. If Nate is helping you with your home, or you are a contractor working on a project with him you see what mean.
